Job Summary:
We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager who can take ownership of client servicing, content strategy, basic performance marketing coordination, and on-ground execution support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable guiding creative teams, understands the fundamentals of performance marketing, and is shoot-ready — capable of capturing basic mobile content when needed.
This role requires a structured, proactive, client-facing professional who can manage multiple brands, drive content calendars, coordinate with creative and performance teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered with clarity and quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.

Build platform-specific social strategies aligned with brand goals.

Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to maintain alignment.

Present monthly updates, campaign insights, and optimization suggestions.

Handle client expectations, communication, and project coordination smoothly.

Ensure all SOW deliverables are met consistently.
2. Strategic Planning & Content Direction

Create and manage monthly social media strategies, communication pillars, and content calendars.

Lead idea generation for reels, campaigns, static posts, brand stories, and trends.

Support pitch decks and new business presentations when needed.

Stay updated on category trends, platform changes, and audience behaviours.
3. Performance Marketing Coordination (PFM Ready)
Basic operational understanding required

Coordinate with the performance marketing team on campaigns, creatives, and ad requirements.

Understand key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM) at a basic level.

Assist in structuring briefs for ad creatives and landing pages.

Share performance insights and recommendations with clients (in collaboration with PFM team).
4. Internal Team Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with design, copy, video, and performance teams for timely execution.

Provide clear briefs, feedback, references, and direction for each deliverable.

Review content internally for quality, brand alignment, and messaging accuracy.

Track deliverables, maintain project organisation, and resolve blockers proactively.
5. Content Creation Support (Shoot Ready)
Candidate must be comfortable capturing basic mobile content.

Capture quick mobile videos/photos for reels, stories, or product shots when needed.

Conduct basic on-ground shoots during store visits, events, or client requirements.

Provide creative inputs to enhance the raw footage or visual direction.
6. Analytics & Optimization

Track and interpret social media metrics and competitor behaviour.

Recommend improvements based on engagement performance and audience insights.

Prepare performance summaries for client presentations and monthly reviews.
Required Qualifications
-
2-4 years of experience in social media management or client servicing in a digital or creative agency.
-
MUST be comfortable with on-ground content shooting using a mobile phone.
-
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats.

Basic understanding of performance marketing operations (Meta Ads/Google Ads collaboration).

Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.

Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.

Ability to guide designers and writers with structured feedback.
-
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, or equivalent tools.
Nice-to-Have

Candidates from Agra or familiar with Agra's market & business landscape.

Ability to write captions or assist with microcopy when required.

Experience in influencer coordination or basic production management.

Understanding of funnel metrics (TOF/MOF/BOF) and social-to-ads alignment.
